The "secret" I believe is the Vacation club itself according to Disney. They want you to join it and they have all these booths and carts and ads all throughout the Disneyland Resort promoting some "secret" but I think it is just a way to get people interested in it. I guess the big secret is that it is inexpensive at least according to Disney it is. Also someone mentioned something about a pass that lets you go to the front of the line of attractions. This isn’t "the secret" and the only way you can obtain those is if you are on a ride and the ride breaks down. Sometimes Cast Members will give you a re-admission pass allowing you to board the ride later on without a wait.

i heard from my god brother last time we went that its that you can jump with front of the line passes to any ride that excepts them even if htere passed the time limit thats what i heard we tried it and it worked for space mountain but im not sure if thats there biggest secret you know.

There is no secret. It’s simply a marketing ploy for the club.
However, you do get occasional previews of attractions that haven’t opened yet, and I believe you get a discount on food and merchandise.
