Tour both the Adventureland Bazaar and the Retired Tropical Imports Shops. This Disneyland video is from around 2003. The Tropical Imports shop used to sell you rubber snakes and shrunken and life size human skulls. It was a little macabre, but it fit into Adventureland of yesterday. I bought a life size glow in the dark skull when i was like, 10 (1985ish) man, those were the days.

Designed by Walt Disney Imagineering and inspired by Disney·Pixar’s Toy Story franchise, the attraction was first unveiled during a press conference at Walt Disney World in January 2007. The Florida version opened officially on May 31, 2008,[2][3] while the California version officially opened on June 17, 2008.[4][5] A new version of the attraction will be constructed at Tokyo DisneySea and is expected to open in 2012.[6] Concept Park guests wear 3-D glasses (Carnival Games Goggles) aboard spinning vehicles that travel through virtual environments based on classic carnival midway games.[7][8] Ride vehicles seat up to four in back-to-back pairs. Mini-games The attraction features five mini-games after a practice round, each of which includes at least one “Easter egg” that can trigger additional targets or gameplay changes. Toy Story characters including Woody, Hamm, Buzz Lightyear …

Our girl scout troop is going in June ‘09, and I am trying to find the most inexpensive way to travel. We have found some good deals on vacation homes, but I only know of 4 neighborhoods that offer shuttles: Glenbrook, Emerald Island, Windsor Palms, and Windsor Hills. Also, If they do offer shuttles, how much are they? We will be driving, so we will have cars, but it would take at least 4 cars to transport everyone to the parks, and that’s parking per car, per day. It looks like there are going to be roughly 16 of us.
