Disneyland Flash Mob Dance on Main Street USA before Soundsational parade

Just before the new Mickey’s Soundsational Parade was to come down Main Street USA at the Disneyland Park, a flash mob of cast members started dancing in the street to the music of the parade. This was during at media event, as Disneyland Resort Senior Show Director John Addis was speaking, music started and some of the crowd waiting for the parade, started dancing. Our Disneyland Summer Vacation in Anaheim, CA (June 26-30, 2011) Video Part 6
Wednesday, July 27th, 2011Watch in 480p (high quality). In this 6th video, it first shows you us enjoy the beauty of the Sleeping Beauty castle viewed from Main Street USA Lianne wanted to see the princesses so we headed to the Princess Fantasy Faire. We saw Cinderella, Belle and Pocahontas. There was also a show. It was dancing with the princesses! No footage taken due to the fact I had to video with my friend’s camcorder. Then at 2:21, it shows us at the Pixie Hollow area to meet Silvermist and Tinkerbell. By the way, Lianne got a nice facial tattoo. She looks like a princess! Then back at Main Street USA, we saw a nice drumming parade (shown at about 4:03 in video). At this time, we were waiting for one of our friends to use the restroom. I wanted one balloon! Then at 4:32 in the video, it shows me once again waiting for everyone else to finish riding the Splash Mountain ride while I guard their excess stuff along with Lianne. We then walked back to Main Street USA for a bit of shopping. But however, it was a perfect timing to see Mickey’s Soundsational Parade! Then later in the afternoon, at about 10:54 in the video, we went back to the California Adventure to see Aladdin. Actually it was only me, Rochelle and Lianne since the others wanted to ride more of the big rides, haha. Sorry had to mute it AGAIN. Then at 13:04 in the video, it shows us travel to the “it’s a bug’s land” since Lianne wanted to get wet. Wow, I feel like I am dwarfed in there! Lianne was having too much fun getting soaked …

Disneyland-Vacation Video. 1992.
Tuesday, September 7th, 2010This is my Disneyland Vacation Video. I bet there are people out there who like the different signs in front of Disneyland like I do, here is one in 1992. We see and go thru the parking lot which is now Disney’s California Adventure, thats neat. We get are tickets and see how much they were back in 1992. We go see Goofy and Roger Rabbit on Main Street USA and ride the horse Trolly up Main Street then go to Critter Country and see Bear Country Jamboree. Go to tomorrowland and board Star Tours and then go to Fantasyland and board It’s a Small World, and see a bit of the World According to Goofy Parade. We take the horse trolly back down Main Street while the Dapper Dans are crooning music to us from them sitting or standing in back of the Trolly. Minnie Mouse posing with children and a Disneyland band playing on Main Street. See you all at Disneyland!

Sunday, September 5th, 2010The attraction takes 87 guests at a time on a s… (more) Added: November 20, 2007 The attraction takes 87 guests at a time on a simulated hang glider tour of the Golden State, flying over San Francisco, Redwood Creek, Napa Valley, Monterey, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, Palm Springs (actually shot in nearby La Quinta over the golf course at PGA West), Camarillo, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, San Diego, Malibu and Los Angeles. The ride ends with a flight over Disneyland at Christmas, with a Christmas parade traveling down Main Street, USA, decorations on Sleeping Beauty Castle, and fireworks. Ride design: The vehicle (called a carriage) consists of three rows of seats under a wing-like canopy. After guests have been safely restrained in the vehicle, the canopy descends and a cantilever system lifts the chairs forward and into the air with the guests’ feet dangling free. The vehicle is lifted into a huge IMAX dome movie screen onto which scenes of California are projected. Since the vehicle is moved forward into the dome, the effect is such that guests can only see the images projected on the screen and are given the sensation of flight. To enhance the illusion of flight, subtle vertical movements of the seats are synchronized to the film. According to cast members who operate this attraction, the carriages do not move horizontally. Sensations of horizontally are created via a combination of vertical carriage movement and the turning image on the screen. In …

Mickey no Tokyo Disneyland Daibouken Game Sample – SNES/SFC
Wednesday, September 1st, 2010Original Air Date: May 27th, 2009 Mickey Mouse sure is popular in Japan! There are a number of Japan-only Mickey Mouse games, some better than others. In this Mickey Mouse game published by TOMY, you’re out to stop old Pete as you travel through various Tokyo Disneyland attractions using balloons and find your friends so you can rehearse for a parade. Balloons? Yes, balloons! This isn’t the first game Mickey uses Balloons either. In Mickey Mouse III: Yume Fuusen for the Famicom, Mickey also uses balloons… and that game actually came to the US, well, sorta. It was changed to “Kid Klown in Night Mayor World”… a game in Kemco’s “Kid Klown” series. Visually, this game is surprisingly good and is pretty comparable to the Capcom Mickey games. The sound is also pretty good, but the gameplay is an acquired taste, if only for the slippery controls. Mickey has two kinds of balloons. The first kind are water balloons (blue) and can defeat enemies, put out fires and even be used as boosts for jumps and pressing down switches. The second are helium/gas balloons (yellow/orange) and can be used to float about and travel under various instances. This game may look simple enough and you get a lot of life, but the game is deceptively difficult and you will die very often if you fly about randomly. This would be an interesting game for those TAS folks, but playing it normally can be an exercise in frustration, though you are awarded with passwords after levels. Overall, this is a fun …

Tribute to Disneyland and Disneyworld Classic Attractions 1st Edition
Monday, June 14th, 2010A tribute to the best of the current and extinct classic musical stage show and parade attractions of Disneyland, USA, and Walt Disney World, USA. My idea is to have a parade not only of the Disney movies and characters, but of the attractions as well. So far, the parades I’ve seen so far promote either current Disney Movie releases or Anniversary themes, which also include the usual set of characters. To those of you who Disney will accept suggestions, please put the following suggestion in: In an upcoming parade, why not include a tribute set of floats of the classic attractions such as, The Tiki Room, America Sings, Country Bear Jamboree, Frontierland Saloon Stage Shows, etc.

Saturday, June 12th, 2010A tribute to the best of the current and extinct classic musical stage show and parade attractions of Disneyland, USA, and Walt Disney World, USA. My idea is to have a parade not only of the Disney movies and characters, but of the attractions as well. So far, the parades I’ve seen so far promote either current Disney Movie releases or Anniversary themes, which also include the usual set of characters. This Edition also includes a portion of the jungle segment from “The Magical World of Barbie” which was taped at Epcot in July of 1994.
